A Carrying Place resident is $100,000 richer after winning the top prize of Instant Blackjack Casino.
Lori Chard, a mother of one, said she initially thought she won $100.
“When I realized it actually said $100,000 I went to validate it right away,” she told the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto. “I was shocked! It didn’t really sink in until OLG called.”
Chard said she told her son right away and said it was all overwhelming.
The winning ticket was purchased at Free Flow Petroleum on Loyalist Parkway in Carrying Place.
