Police busted a shoplifter in Trenton Thursday morning.
Quinte West OPP responded to a Dundas Street East business around 9 a.m. where a male allegedly stole $500 in grocery items and electronics.
He fled on foot when confronted by staff.
Officers located the suspect a short distance away.
Charged with theft under $5000 and fail to comply with a probation order is 35-year-old Adam Condor of Quinte West.
The accused was held for a bail hearing on Friday.
