A team of police officers from both the Belleville Police Service and the OPP are making a dent in the local drug trade.
From April to June Project Renewal officers arrested 15 people and laid a total of 51 drug, weapons, and other charges.
Eight drug investigations were completed.
Officers seized close to $100,000 worth of illegal drugs, including cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, fentanyl, and hydromorphone pills.
One .40 calibre handgun and over $22,000. in cash were also seized.
