A new day dock along the Trent River has been installed at the Front Street Farmer’s Market.
The City of Quinte West says the new dock will allow easier access to the market and downtown Trenton.
The new Candock day dock is located at 67 Front St. in Trenton.
“We’re happy to support the Front Street Farmers’ Market and our downtown businesses with
the addition of a new dock,” says Quinte West Mayor Jim Harrison in a release.
“Supporting our farmers is incredibly important and I hope this additional dock with easy access to downtown brings in
more visitors and business to our vendors and community.
It is is 33 feet x 8 feet, and parallel to the river bank.
The low modular dock will allow for both motorboats and paddle crafts.
