Belleville city officials are back from the Association of Municipalities of Ontario Conference in Ottawa.
Many topics were discussed at the conference including housing and medical services.
Speaking on the Lorne Brooker Show on 800 CJBQ, Belleville Mayor Mitch Panciuk says another topic discussed at AMO was fast-tracking expansion of the 401 between Cobourg and Cornwall.
Mayor Panciuk also discussed rural transit at the conference.
The conference wrapped up on Wednesday.
