An equipment breakdown has extended headaches for drivers in downtown Picton.
One lane of traffic on Picton Town Hill was to have been open Wednesday morning
but a key piece of equipment being used for the infrastructure upgrades at the intersection broke Tuesday.
The Picton Town Hill intersection will be closed to all traffic until at least 7 a.m. Thursday.
Detours are in place.
