Two players are returing to the Belleville Senators after signing with the team.
The B-Sens have signed forward Matthew Wedman and defenceman Xavier Bernard, each to a one-year, one-way American Hockey League contract extension.
Wedman, a 23-year-old Edmonton native, appeared in 70 games with Belleville last season registering 11 goals and six assists in his rookie AHL campaign.
The 22-year-old Bernard from Mercier, Quebec, dressed in 21 games for the Senators and another 25 for the Sens ECHL affiliate, the Atlanta Gladiators.
