Building activity in the City of Quinte West so far this year is just about the same as it was for the first six months of 2021.
To the end of June, 390 building permits have been issued for a value of just over $73 million.
Last year 437 permits had been issued at a value of just over $71 million.
Meanwhile, last month, 76 permits were issued in Quinte West worth just over $5 million.
The biggest project on the books was a $1 million renovation planned for Trenton High School.
