Work will begin on a major infrastructure project in the heart of the village of Stirling.
Council has approved a revised tender from QBT Excavating of Brighton to replace water/sewer lines and completely reconstruct parts of Henry, Front, North, and Mill streets.
The work will include the main intersection in Stirling’s downtown and the traffic signals there will be updated.
QBT’s revised tender for the two-year job was $5.1 million, the lowest tender received.
