A big expansion of an existing new housing development in Belleville is expected to get city council’s final approval Tuesday.
Council will be asked to approve a Plan of Subdivision for phase 11 of what’s known as the Canniff Mills development.
The land involved is east of Essex Road and south of the Riverstone subdivision.
When built, phase 11 will include a total of 226 residential units, including single family homes, townhouses, and apartments.
