Belleville council will be asked to approve another phase of the Potter’s Creek housing development in the city’s west end today.
Council will vote on signing off on a final Plan of Subdivision for phase 9A which will include 82 single family homes, 14 townhouses and mid-rise buildings with 165 apartments for a total of 261 residential units.
The land is north of Dundas Street West and east of Avonlough Road.
