Firefighters from Quinte West Station 3 responded Friday afternoon to the Bayside Quarry.
The call came in for a high school student who had been swimming and had a seizure.
Firefighters responded with their side-by-side vehicle to help paramedics access the patient.
The male was taken to Trenton Memorial Hospital.
