Fire destroyed a house near Picton Sunday afternoon.
Prince Edward County firefighters were called out to a bungalow at 55 County Road 1, commonly known as Sandy Hook Road, shortly before 4 o’clock.
The home was fully engulfed in flames upon their arrival.
Luckily no one was injured. Fire crews left the scene around 8 o’clock last evening.
An investigation into a cause is underway.
