No serious injuries were reported after a school bus accident Tuesday afternoon on Farnham Road in Belleville.
Emergency crews responded to Farnham Road in the area of Kipling Drive around 3 p.m. after the bus reportedly struck a hydro pole.
The bus ended up on its side in the ditch with wires laying across it.
Belleville Police could not confirm to Quinte News how many people were on the bus but scanner reports indicated there were two people on board.
Hydro One is on scene.
Belleville Police say Farnham Road is closed from Oakwood Lane to Cannifton Road and that the closure will remain in effect for some time while Hydro One crews work to restore hydro equipment.
