Plans are in the works for more housing on existing residential properties in east end Belleville.
At its meeting Monday the city’s Planning Advisory Committee will hold an initial public meeting regarding a proposal to build a four-storey 38-unit apartment building at the corner of Dundas Street East and Burnham Street.
Three older houses now stand on the properties and if council eventually approves the rezoning application they would be demolished.
