The City of Belleville and its bus drivers and other Belleville Transit employees have a new four year employment contract.
City council approved the deal which was ratified by the 45 members of Unifor Local 1839 earlier this month.
Union members will receive pay increases ranging from 1.5% in the first year to almost 2% in the fourth year.
The city will gain greater operational flexibility in areas such as temporary employees and assigning workers to acting positions.
