A Quinte West woman will appear in court next month after some suspicious activity drew police attention.
Quinte West OPP were called to Flindall Street last week after four people were spotted acting suspiciously.
Officers located the vehicle described and conducted a traffic stop. It was then the officers noticed suspected illicit drugs in plain sight.
The driver, 25-year-old Cindy Fowler, was arrested.
Officers located suspected crystal methamphetamine and cocaine.
Fowler is facing possession charges as well as two counts of failure to surrender an insurance card.
She was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in Belleville court on May 9.
