Two helicopters and a Hercules aircraft from 8 Wing Trenton’s 424 Squadron continue to search for a small plane north of Sault Ste. Marie, near Wawa.
The Piper Comanche with two people on board was reported missing Thursday night.
Searchers have been conducting visual and electronic searches around the clock in the area of the aircraft’s flight plan.
