The Amherstview Jets forced a deciding, winner takes all game after scoring two unanswered goals to tie their best of seven playoff series against the Napanee Raiders 2-1 on Friday night.
Matthew Sheehy score the opening goal for the RaidersĀ at the 14:52 mark of the opening period, for his third goal of the playoffs.
The visiting Amherstview Jets scored the tying marker less than two minutes later when Caden Kekewich found the back of the net for a 1-1 game at the end of 20 minutes.
The Jets took a 2-1 lead mid-way through the middle frame on a goal from Raymond Benoit.
The lead held for the remainder of the game, giving Amherstview their third win of the best of seven series.
The Raiders outshot the Jets 36 to 30 in the game.
Game seven goes Sunday at 7:30 p.m. in Amherstview.
