The eastbound off ramp at Wallbridge-Loyalist Road has been reopened.
The road was closed around 4:30 p.m. after a transport rolled over.
Firefighters from Quinte West were called to the scene.
There were no injuries reported and just a small fuel leak.
The off-ramp was reopened after midnight.
