Spring brings a renewed sense of optimism and Bay of Quinte MPP and Energy Minister Todd Smith sounded very optimistic Friday in Quinte West.
While making a funding announcement at GlobalMed Inc. in Quinte West, Smith said exciting things are coming to the Quinte region.
While he was not specific, he commented that big things are in store for the region’s manufacturing sector.
Smith said they are in talks with multiple groups and he is highly optimistic that some very big announcements are coming in the very near future.
He added it is getting easier to attract business to the Quinte region because people just want to live here.
