Hastings Prince Edward Public Health is reporting 164 new high-risk COVID-19 cases and one more death Friday.
Currently, the Public Health dashboard shows there are 464 confirmed active cases, up from 413 on Wednesday.
There have now been 50 deaths caused by the virus since the start of the pandemic.
Sixteen people are in hospital with three in intensive care.
On Wednesday, there were 18 in hospital and two in ICU.
There are 14 active outbreaks in high-risk settings.
Eighty-three per cent of HPE residents aged five and up have received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.
Third-dose booster shots have been administered to 89,559 people.
The Haliburton Kawartha Pine Ridge District Health Unit is reporting 56 new high-risk cases Friday.
There are 99 active cases.
