Hastings, Lennox & Addington OPP arrested an alleged impaired driver after a passenger in the vehicle called police.
Wednesday night, a passenger reported the vehicle they were in was being driven erratically on the eastbound Highway 401 in Greater Napanee.
After locating the vehicle and stopping it, officers determined that the driver was showing signs of impairment.
A 51-year-old from Scarborough faces two charges of operation while impaired and one count of dangerous operation.
The accused, who appears in court in April, had their licence suspended for 90 days and the vehicle impounded for seven days.
