Belleville police responded to 69 calls for service over a 24-hour period beginning at 5 a.m. on March 22, to 5 a.m. on March 23, 2022.
Theft of Bicycle
On March 22, 2022 around 6:00 p.m., a man entered a coffee shop on Dundas Street West and positioned his bicycle up against the wall near the entrance of the establishment. The victim exited the building minutes later to find that his bike was stolen. Two suspicious males were observed in the area but no descriptions of them were given to police. The bicycle was described as a black and yellow Tech Team mountain bike. Any information about this theft can be passed along to Constable Aris at 613-966-0882 ext. 4196.
