The City of Belleville, joined several other communities showing its support for Ukraine Friday morning.
Mayor Panciuk along with Councillors Carol Feeney, Bill Sandison and Garnet Thompson joined Stand with Ukraine event organizers and city staff to raise the Ukrainian flag at the Quinte Sports & Wellness Centre.
