Thursdays have become the battle time against COVID-19 in Prince Edward County.
The County has announced that walk-in vaccination clinics will continue at the Prince Edward Community Centre from noon to 6 p.m. on Thursdays in the month of March.
In a statement,t he County says it’s an “easy and convenient way to get your COVID-19 vaccine and the wait time at these clinics will be minimal.”
People aged five years and over who are eligible for their first, second or third dose of the vaccine are welcome to attend the vaccine clinic in Picton without an appointment.
Walk-ins should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the end of the scheduled clinic and should bring their Ontario health card.
The County notes that to-date, 44 people in the Quinte region have died from COVID, and many continue to live with the ongoing effects of COVID infection.

The vaccination clinics are an easy and convenient way to get your COVID-19 vaccine. The wait time to get your vaccine at these clinics is minimal. Vaccination clinics at PECC will be held on the following dates:
