The Ontario Progressive Conservative Party has named a candidate to run in the June provincial election in Hastings-Lennox and Addington Riding.
In a brief announcement, the party says it’s nominated the mayor of Loyalist Township Ric Bresee as its candidate.
The current MPP for Hastings-Lennox and Addington is Progressive Conservative Daryl Kramp but he is not seeking reelection.
An official announcement is slated for Saturday at 2 p.m. a Papa’s Pizzeria in Amherstview.
