Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee is recommending city council approve rezoning to allow a new office/commercial/retail building for
the city’s north end.
Local firm Dorann Homes had applied for rezoning at 369 Maitland Drive to build a two-storey, 355 square metre building containing an office and two
additional spaces allowed in the Service Industrial Zone.
Those might be utilized for a training centre, a veterinary clinic, a convenience store, or a financial institution, among other businesses.
Belleville council will make the final decision on the rezoning application.
