Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for the Quinte region as we can expect to see some strong winds come through the region tomorrow.
A cold front is making its was through southern and central Ontario, bringing with it heavy rains, the potential for thunderstorms and wind gusts of up to 90 km/h and localized gusts in excess of 100 km/h are possible.
Widespread power outages are possible as well.
The weather system is predicted to hit the region through the day Sunday.
