The Municipality of Brighton is continuing to see steady growth.
There were 12 permits issued for the month of February with a construction value of $3.6 million.
This is on par with the same month last year, where 12 permits were also issued, but the construction value in 2021 was only $1.3 million.
Of the permits issued last month, five were for new dwellings making up $3.05 million.
So far this year, there have been 24 permits issued worth $4.83 million.
