Officials with the Hastings Prince Edward Health Unit conducted a long list of inspections in 2021.
A report to the Board of Health on Wednesday showed 18 workplace inspections were carried out.
There were also two off-site vaccination clinic inspections.
Two workplace violence incidents were reported, involving aggressive clients.
An evacuation drill was postponed due to COVID but other drills were held at the Belleville and Quinte West health unit sites.
Seven members of the health unit staff completed their Emergency First Aid Training certification.
