Savour the Chill is back for an 18th year this weekend in downtown Belleville.
The soup tasting contest, which was cancelled in 2021 due to the pandemic, will be held this Saturday, February 26 from noon until the soup runs out.
Downtown restaurants will compete for the judge’s and people’s choice awards.
On the same day, the City of Belleville is hosting its Winter Family Funfest and several Downtown District retailers will be offering weekend specials.
Participating restaurants include Bourbon Street Pizza, Burger Revolution, Capers, Chilangos, Dinkel’s, Export Grill, Gourmet Diem, Jim’s, The Lark, Quinte Corner, The Smokin’ 116 and Sans-Souci.
COVID-19 mandates will be in effect.
