Northumberland OPP are continuing to investigate a fatal collision in Trent Hills.
Police say on Friday around 2:30 p.m., a head-on collision occurred on County Road 35 between Godolphin Road and Woodview Road between a pickup truck and a car.
The two people in the car were taken to hospital, where the passenger was declared dead and the driver remains in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the truck was uninjured.
County Road 35 was closed for several hours while the OPP Technical Collision Investigators conducted their investigation.
