City Hall Procedure Update
BELLEVILLE – Effective Tuesday, February 22, 2022, appointments will no longer be required to attend City Hall. Public hours will continue to be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and COVID-19 screening will remain in place prior to entry.
