Picton Transit will not be running this morning. They will update their website and Facebook if conditions improve and allow them to run later today.
Meals on Wheels in Belleville is cancelled today.
School Buses:
As expected we got hit with a good blast of snow overnight making driving conditions questionable throughout the area.
Tri-Board Transportation has parked all of its buses for the second day in a row citing continued inclement weather and poor road conditions.
This includes the Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board, Hastings Prince Edward District School Board, Limestone District School Board, Mohawk Transportation and Northumberland County, including Murray Centennial and Stockdale PS and Campbellford Schools are cancelled for the day.
Conditions are expected to improve throughout the day.
