A 44-year-old man from Addington Highlands appeared in court on Wednesday for a bail hearing after he was arrested early the same morning.
Central Hastings OPP were conducting a patrol on Marmora Mine Road in Marmora and Lake when they noticed a vehicle parked on the side of the road.
The driver was identified as a suspended driver and the 32-year-old woman from Addington Highlands was arrested and charged with possession and driving while suspended.
She will appear in Belleville court on March 17.
The male passenger was also identified and verified he was in breach of release conditions through the courts from a previous incident.
He was arrested and charged with possession, unauthorized possession of a weapon, assault with a weapon (spousal) and failure to comply with a a release order.
