Peterborough police are searching for a stolen truck that was carrying 2,000 firearms.
They say the truck was stolen from the yard of a trucking company early Sunday morning.
Police don’t believe there was any ammunition in the truck.
Officers have notified other law enforcement agencies across the province about the alleged theft.
