A man well known to police faces several charges after a small Quinte West municipal building was entered and damaged sometime late Wednesday or early Thursday.
Quinte West OPP responded Thursday morning after reports the former canteen building at the old Fraser Park Marina in downtown Trenton had been entered and that there might be a person inside.
Police searched the building and found 42-year-old James Patrick.
He faces break and enter, theft, and mischief charges.
