There are 14 active outbreaks in high-risk settings.
Eighty-eight percent of HPE residents five and older have received one dose of a COVID vaccine with 81% having received two doses and 51% a third dose booster.
In Northumberland, 13 new cases were reported.
The number of active cases there is down to 69.
