Construction in Prince Edward County is off to a good start.
There were 66 permits issued in the County last month with a construction value of over $21 million.
For the same month last year, there were 54 permits issued with a value of $7 million.
Of those permits issued, 14 are new builds with a value of $13 million and one permit for an industrial commercial build was issued with a value of $3.9 million.
