City of Quinte West officials are telling motorists to expect delays on roads in Quinte West Thursday afternoon.
The cross-country truck convoy is expected to pass through the region between 3 and 6 p.m. as the convoy travels east on Highway 401 towards Ottawa.
City officials recommend drivers avoid arterial roads and emergency detour routes such as Telephone Road, Sidney Street, Hamilton Road, Carman Road, and the Glen Miller Bridge.
