One person faces multiple charges following a single vehicle crash in Tyendinaga Township.
Lennox & Addington OPP responded to a car in the northbound ditch on Shannonville Road late Tuesday afternoon moments after receiving complaints about an erratic driver that matched the vehicle in the collision.
Police arrested the driver who was allegedly showing signs of impairment.
Thirty-four-year-old Chadwick Miller of Tweed with operation while impaired, dangerous operation, driving while under suspension and fail to comply with demand.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court February 15.
His licence was also suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven days.
