The driver of a transport truck has died following a collision east of Kingston.
Frontenac OPP say around 1:20 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, police, firefighters and paramedics responded to a single vehicle collision on the eastbound 401 between Hwy 15 and Joyceville Road.
The driver of the truck was pronounced dead at the scene.
The highway remains closed at this time to allow for an investigation.
The identity of the driver is being withheld, pending next of kin notification.
