Bay of Quinte riding MPP and Minister of Energy Todd Smith tells Quinte News that extra annual funding for Quinte Health Care has put that crucial organization on a stable financial footing.
There’s now also going to be a stand-alone graduate nursing program offered at Loyalist College as well as a number of accelerated programs for Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers.

“I’ll have the opportunity to a number of long term care announcements that we’re building new homes in the Quinte region,
we’re renovating old ward beds to make sure that the facilities are there for our aging population. Really healthcare has seen a lot of investments.”
