Hastings Prince Edward Public Health reported 105 new cases of COVID and another death due to the virus on Thursday.
With 81 recoveries, there are 445 active cases.
There have been 18 COVID-related deaths since the start of the pandemic.
The Public Health dashboard shows 49 of the day’s new cases are unvaccinated, 44 are vaccinated and 11 partially vaccinated.
The age 18 to 29 age group has the most cases with 25.
Twelve are in children 11 and under.
Eleven people are being treated in hospital with four in the ICU.
Ongoing outbreaks have increased to 30 with 17 of those in schools and childcare facilities.
Eighty-six percent of HPE residents aged five and up have received a first dose of a COVID vaccine and 79% two doses.
Over the last seven days, 13,642 people have received a third dose booster shot.
In Northumberland on Thursday, the Haliburton Kawartha Pine Ridge District Health Unit reported 23 new cases and 95 active.
