Quinte West OPP arrested one person in connection with a home invasion in Trenton early Saturday.
Police were called to a First Avenue home just after 5 a.m. where the complainant
reported an unknown male was in their home.
The suspect fled before police arrived.
Police obtained a description of the suspect and used security camera footage from local residents to help locate the accused.
The Emergency Response Team and the Canine Unit aided in the arrest.
Thirty-five-year-old Dale Goodman of Quinte West is charged with break, enter a dwelling house with intent to commit an indictable offence and trespass at night.
The accused was held for a bail hearing on Monday.
