He says he was confused when he first used the ticket checker at the store but then was very surprised and happy when he saw all the zeros.
Sero plans on using his winnings on a future vacation with his sisters.
The winning ticket was purchased at Shoppers Drug Mart on Alkenbrack Street in Napanee.
