Construction in Prince Edward County remains healthy where there was more than $21 million in activity last month.
In November, 106 permits with a construction value of more than $21.3 million were issued.
Year to-date, the County granted 982 permits worth $167.6 million.
Both stats are well above 2020.
In November of last year, 97 permits with a value of $9.3 million were issued.
The first 11 months of 2020 resulted in 745 permits worth $88 million.
