An organization that helps connect volunteers with charities that need them will benefit from the generosity of 100 Plus Women Who Care Quinte.
100 Plus Women Who Care’s Tawnya Smith tells Quinte News that Volunteer Information Quinte was chosen as the charity that will receive a donation from the group.
“It’s a hard time right now for charities in our area due to the pandemic and it’s nice to know that a group of women are making a difference.”
The total amount of the donation has yet to be determined.
The last meeting of the year was a combination ZOOM in-person gathering, hosted at the Grand Hall.
