A four-storey apartment building is being proposed for Station Street in Belleville, near Albion Way.
The 500 square metre property sits right next to a used vehicle dealership.
The building would house four rental apartments.
The property’s owners have applied to the city for a rezoning to allow the apartment building to be constructed.
Planning staff will bring a recommendation on the request to a future meeting of the Planning Advisory Committee.
